If you get this error while trying to install an application then its clashing with an already installed or present app of the same package name. to fix this:

* Ensure the phone is rooted
* Install a root browser like ROM Toolbox Lite
* Using the root browser, navigate to System > Vendor > Operator > App folder
* Delete the app's apk
* Uninstall it from the phone (if installed) and restart the phone (you could wipe cache partition too)
* Go ahead with the installation of the app

Note: If its a system app then you need a system app Uninstaller
