TECNO F7 wifi and bluetooth not working

Hovatek.. thanks for you help and training really useful.. my tecno F7 suddenly stopped switching on wifi and bluetooth, whenever i switch it on it goes off itself immediately. When i checked i saw that the phone has no wifi and bluetooth mac address..please help. Thanks
