Techno P5+ call auto mute

My phone goes to auto mute whenever I make a call. People can't hear me. Please help me!

1. Try making calls on loud speaker
2. Try using a headset

Let me know how what happens in both cases

I made calls on loud speaker and mic icon became active( I tapped it and phone went to normal) and problem solved. But it now demands to do the same every time I want to make a call. Please help to solve this problem permanently

install a third party call app or consider doing a factory reset
