I have this issue :

1. Phone is dead doesn`t charge, doesn`t boot up, doesn`t turn on...completely dead, no signs .
2. Has Spreadtrum 6528c
3. Can`t find driver for Windows 7 32-bit
4. When I press VOLUME DOWN and hold, nothing happens, my PC doesn`t even make a beep sound to it.

What next ?

One morning it just went completely blank. It worked 10 mins before when I used it, after that when I noticed, it didn`t make any sign.

What is a pac file ? I don`t have anything related to my phone.

Is the battery removable or inbuilt?

I don`t have external charger...yet. But I will try to do so when I get one.

After I charge the battery, what next ?
I hold volume down and see if it gets connected, right ?
