Please i have a tecno m3 with android version 4.2.2. I found 4.4 here to day and i wanted to flash it to my phone but when i tried flashing with flash tool i got the error PTM changed for the ROM; it must be downloaded

The Tecno M3 4.4 firmware isn't an upgrade of yours, its a different variant.
There's no such upgrade for your phone
