[Please help] itel it1352 stuck on inote logo after flash

hello hovatek,
i have itel it1352 stuck on inote after flashing with pac file i downoaded here (variant 1) the phone had pattern problems earlier so after flash it went dead but after some efforts now it comes up stuck on inote logo, i need help to save this phone; do i have to use variant 2 instead of one?. Your help is really appreciated. my gmail account is [email protected]

I finally found out; the phone was failing to format nv item. I just unticked the items available on backup tab (the tutorial available on this forum) and reflashed the phone and; thank God everything went well and the phone is back to life.
