Hi, I managed to restore my IMEI1 and IMEI2 thanks to SN Write Tool. Now, the only thing I need to restore is SN. How can I find the Product Number? The box of my device only shows IMEI1, IMEI2, VC, EAN and SN.

My device is a Tecno Spark 7T.

I'm sorry for my poor writing and grammar. Let me know if there is anything I need to clarify.

Thanks in Advance.

Thanks for the reply. I have seen the post and downloaded the latest file. The software shows 7H at best. My device is 7T. What should I do next? Thanks and God bless.

Try 7H and any other model on the list with same chipset as yours

On Android 9, we could change the serial number by modifying the proinfo partition directly in a Hex editor, using a software such as e.g. Maui Meta or Modem Meta.

After upgrading to Android 10+, I cannot find the serial number in the proinfo partition anymore (it's filled with zeros). Nevertheless, it's shown in [ro.serialno] and [ro.boot.serialno], so it's still available somewhere on the device.

Does anyone know where the serial number is stored on Android 10+?
