Ok try unticking cache and userdata and download the files to your phone and check again if you recovery shows if it doesnt then there's an issue with the firmware

Thanks for your concerns about the issue with my phone. I have unticked the user data and cache and flashed, yet the phone doesn't boot on fully. Instead it stops at the boot logo. Please help me with any solution. Thanks - Uchechi

Thanks bro. Please assist me with another firmware. I have downloaded another firmware from needrom.com and romkingz.net but when i try to extract the stock roms, it keeps aborting halfway. It kept writing "file corrupted" Thanks.
