I am looking for scatter file for Gionee E7(32GB) please. I mistakenly deleted my OS and GNQC tool couldn't flash my phone.

Did you install necessary drivers?

Did you install necessary drivers?

Yes I installed all necessary files but when I plug in the USB cable its displaying 'Alcatel fastboot interface' instead of Gionee Qualcomm Device

Yes I installed all necessary files but when I plug in the USB cable its displaying 'Alcatel fastboot interface' instead of Gionee Qualcomm Device

uninstall / delete the current drivers (you can use usb deview)
then reinstall the required driver

required drivers is included inside the zip file
