[Please help] Help solve HTC ADR8295 bootloop

Hello Hovatek, help me solve HTC bootloop problem, I have factory reset, wipe cache partition but yet still no success; hope to hear from you soon.

How did this start and have you tried flashing the RUU?

A friend gave me to help him, I haven't flashed it yet cause I don't know the model.

It was written in the phone, maybe it's the model. Please do you know the name of HTC phone that corresponds with ADR8295

try checking the back of the phone (beneath the battery) for the exact model

bb96100 is written beneath the battery.

Sorry,it's scratched but I will take a photo of the phone and send it to you; maybe seeing the photo will help you identify the model. I have never used HTC phones so I don't have any knowledge about it.
