TECNO A7 REBOOTING WHILE MAKING CALLS

Recently my Phantom z sometimes reboots while I'm on a call. What could be responsible for this? I need a way out please guys

Have you tried a factory reset?
Need further assistance? Speak with a Hovatek Representative:

I did factory reset not long ago

I did the factory reset before it started this reboot stuff, maybe I've to do it again
