I have gionee elife e7 32gb stuck at boot screen.need help!

Yeah i tried it with gnqc...
But the problem is that my pc does not detects my phone as qualcomm device rather it detects is as a hid device... And it is the condition that if i has to flash firmware the phone must be detected as quallcomm...so what should i do now???

Yes...all gionee drivers i have installed on my pc...but it still detects as hid device...nothing more

Have you tried flashing the phone using the tool?

Yes i have..and it says com port fails...and the condition for flashing the rom is that it should detect my gionee elife e7 32 gb as qualcomm port but my pc detects it as hid device...now are you having any solution of this?
