[Please help] Any alternate way to backup stock firmware without root ?

#1

hello hovatek team,
I have micromax canvas a1 smartphone
and on its marshmallow android version
whenever I try to backup stock firmware using
SpFlash Tools Read back method
when I enter the ending address and click
OK , u get error "address or length bytes not align "
so is there any alternate way to get stock firmware backup without rooting ?
or any way to fix this error
I've seen your video to take firmware backup
I did all steps 100 times correctly but still I get this error

1. Which partition did you try dumping and what values did you use?
2. How exactly did you create the scatter file?

answer for 1. : I want full stock firmware dump, so I kept the name as it is I.e. ROM0
SPFT showed me some option about reading something I kept it as it is I.e. read page + spare
start address kept same I.e. 0x000000000 (not sure how much 0s were there )
ending address I kept as : 0x381D00
as I want full stock firmware dump

2. : first I connected the device to PC
MTK droid tools detected it
I clicked on block maps
clicked the option to create scatter file
and saved it

Try dumping just 1 partition using https://forum.hovatek.com/thread-526.html

1. I tried dumping just 1 partition
but still I got the error
I've attached a Screen Shot
see if Ive done correct
in that SS I was trying to dump recovery.img partition

2. For your information
when I ran cat proc/emmc command through adb and also through terminal emulator android app
I got different partition values, values which were different from the scatter file I had taken from mtk droid tools
