Hi guys ,good evening, please I'm having issues backing up my stock ROM using mtk droid tools but it's showing some errors like ERROR : Zero file, no space left on device and also * -- ERROR : --- TotalBytesPerChunk Not Found. Set default Page/Spare=2048/64 !!! , and I've checked these threads on how to fix those errors but they still persist https://forum.hovatek.com/thread-7655-page-3.html and also https://forum.hovatek.com/thread-6407.html.

I've attached a screenshot

Please help!
