[Please help] Samsung Galaxy S4 I9500 got bootloop after trying to install custom kernel

i had my i9500 rooted and had TWRP custom recovery i tried to install custom kernel through TWRP then restarted my phone and got a bootloop and when i press any key it gives me 2 vibrations and nothing more and TWRP was gone and i got back to stock recovery mode and i don't know what to do as i have no backup for my data and it is really important so please help me i would appreciate it so much
i think the problem is with either the kernel or the bootloader but i can't find any of them to flash through odin
my firmware version is 4.2.2 jellybean
help me pleas

If you can get twrp that can be flashed through odin then flash and wipe system and reflash the custom kernel it should boot

tried flashing TWRP through odin but it doesn't work
i could get some of my files through adb and then flashed a whole rom again but i had no signal and now i'm trying to flash modem only to get signal back

you'll need an EFS backup
