Yes bro as you said earlier I am considering it to be hardware issue but
You still follow guides from Mentors so,don't be discouraged yet..

Let me see a clear picture of the board.
I've had this same issue with an Infinix Zero twice and resolved it both times.

No and I tried to charge the battery but I failed
Do you think I should by another one?

previously I put the board on charging
I measured the D+ & vsub and I had a charge of .5A and 5v
but when measured the battery socket on the board I found no charge
