(24-05-2016, 08:22 AM)hovatek I've had a similar issue on an Infinix X506.
does the board show any lights when you connect to power without a battery inside?

I connected the phone to the power without a battery inside? and no light showing

I need you to do something.
Let me see a clear picture of the board.
I've had this same issue with an Infinix Zero twice and resolved it both times.

This requires patience.
Take out the battery then unclip these two (red circle in pic attached below)
Connect to power then clip only the left one.
Does any light appear or vibration occur on the board

No and I tried to charge the battery but I failed
Do you think I should by another one?

previously I put the board on charging
I measured the D+ & vsub and I had a charge of .5A and 5v
but when measured the battery socket on the board I found no charge
