[Please help] Tecno P9 running android version 4.2 suddenly stops booting correctly after device up

#1

After downloading updates I got an error while trying to install it. I forgot to make a backup first and now the phoe simply shows the tecno text, goes off, then boots into recovery mode. How can I fix this. It doesn't connect to any pc either

I'd tried doing that. Problem is, the phone DOESN'T CONNECT TO ANY PC. it simply keeps going back into the Stock Recovery. I'd appreciate if it were possible to get a user backup (.backup) file for tecno n9 4.2 so I could simply "restore user data". Better still a "update.zip" file would suffice. Thank you

Power off the phone to flash.. Load scatter file from the firmware you should download and click download before you connect your switched off phone and remember to install vcom drivers to your pc

I don't think there's a stock recovery flashable format.
did you see the SP flash tool video?
