Karbonn Titanium S15

I'm working on Karbonn Titanium S15. Already have the stock rom and the streadtrum upgrade software. But the phone fails to open stock recovery. The phone also fails to connect to the pc while the drivers are already installed. Kindly help me out.

Manually installed the drivers
Now when the SPD upgrade download tries to flash the rom. It disconnects automatically though spreadtrum drivers detect the device.
With the error
Unplugged
Failed:user cancel
And the device starts to charge.

reinstall spreadtrum drivers again using the guide @ https://forum.hovatek.com/thread-827.html
then try flashing again

* if it persist, get another USB cord and PC (preferably windows 7)
install the drivers and try flashing using the PC

you're supposed to hold the volume decrease button when you connect to PC for flashing.
