please help to solve this problem
you connect the mouse through the USB port right?
if yes
* enter your PC's BIOS setup
* change the boot order
* move anything USB below HDD
* save and exit
* then test to see if the problem still persist
(29-05-2016, 06:19 AM)awesomeironman Nope problem didnt solved
I had my CD/DVD reader in that list first and then there was my hard disk
I moved Hard Disk up in that list and
pulled CD/DVD reader down in that list
still problem didnt solved
but there's some improvement in bootup
i mean now it dosent hang my PC bootup fully
but instead on that windows logo screen animation
it lags lags, keeps lagging ( keeps playing that animation but with lags ) and after about 20 seconds
it goes further and PC starts fully
Edit: But there if I remove the mouse it springs up and those lags go out and windows starts normally without lags and hangs

(31-05-2016, 12:40 AM)X3non you'd just have to disconnect the mouse whenever you wish to startup the PC. then reconnect when windows is done loading
