[Please help] My mouse hangs my Windows at startup screen!!!

#1
Sad

Hello Hovatek Team and all readers,

I have bought an cheap zebion companies mouse for my PC
when I use this mouse all versions of windows hang at the bootup screen Sad
The screen where windows shows Windows logo (on windows 7)
and from there the screen goes further only when i remove the mouse from CPU cabinet
after the PC has started when i again attach that mouse to PC
It works fine after that it never gives me lags,hangs till i reboot my PC
so at every boot it (Mouse) hangs my PC at Boot screen
and loads further only when i detach my mouse
This happens with all the versions of Windows(XP, 7, 8.1)
right now I am on windows 7 32bit ultimate
please help to solve this problem Smile

you connect the mouse through the USB port right?
if yes
* enter your PC's BIOS setup
* change the boot order
* move anything USB below HDD
* save and exit
* then test to see if the problem still persist

Nope problem didnt solved Sad
I had my CD/DVD reader in that list first and then there was my hard disk
I moved Hard Disk up in that list and
pulled CD/DVD reader down in that list
still problem didnt solved Sad
but there's some improvement in bootup
i mean now it dosent hang my PC bootup fully
but instead on that windows logo screen animation
it lags lags, keeps lagging ( keeps playing that animation but with lags ) and after about 20 seconds
it goes further and PC starts fully

Edit: But there if I remove the mouse it springs up and those lags go out and windows starts normally without lags and hangs Smile

you'd just have to disconnect the mouse whenever you wish to startup the PC. then reconnect when windows is done loading
