two possibilities:
1. battery is bad or drained
2. phone's USB port is faulty.

When you connect the phone to PC, what does it get detected as in Device Manager?

Auto USB disconnection?? When you try charging the phone using any of the USB cables, does it disconnect automatically or???

Then the problem is with the phone. The phone's USB port is weak. I will suggest getting the board changed or you can hold the USB tight to the phone and keep on holding till flashing is complete.
Note: if holding and by any reason whatsoever your hand shiver and the USB disconnects with flash incomplete, you can encounter the risk of bricking your phone.

Consider changing the phone's USB port. Assuming the battery is well charged
