Message of Gratitude and Request for Guide

#1

Hello!

I want to thank you for the help
you've given me in unbricking
my Tecno H5. I'm very grateful
for what you've done for me.
You have granted me
permission to download 'Tecno
H5 MTK Backup' twice.
Unfortunately, I am unable to
download it. When you granted
me the first permission, I was
unable to download it due to
unavailability of data.
But for the second, I had data
but due to network failure, the
downloading was not
successful. I also used WIFI
network, but it failed before
downloading completed.
Thereafter, I tried the manual
method. I downloaded Pdanet,
Mtk Droid Tools and installed
them on PC. But the Pdanet
didn't detect the good Tecno H5
phone I got from someone. The
Pdanet didn't give notification
of driver installed.
I have watched your video on 'How to make an MTK Backup of
a Tecno Phone' .
Please I don't know why the
Pdanet didn't detect my phone.
I enabled USB debugging on the
phone.
Please help!

There are a number of possible reasons
1. Uninstall PdaNet on good phone and PC
2. Enable USB debugging on phone then connect to PC
3. During PdaNet installation, select Other (very important)
4. Exit PdaNet from system tray after installation the proceed to MTK droid tools

If this still doesnt work then lets know the exact error PdaNet is giving. Also, supply a gmail address for us to grant download permission if need be
