Yes I have, I doubt the problem is the PC, but I have tried on another PC. Since the problem is with the phone, it changed nothing. Thanks. Here attached is the screenshot that "matybazz" requested. By the way, thanks for the welcome and the help guys, i am grateful. Keep up the good work.

Please I forgot to remind you but, when I connect the phone to the PC without the battery as stated. It connects but after some seconds, it disconnects. Please how can I do?

open device manager and check if it refreshes when you connect the phone without battery

It appears momentarily as "USB serial device (COM22)". Before it re-disappears again.

Click download in spflashtool and connect it it should connect long enough to start flashing

Which files should I tick among the loaded OS files of the phone? I mean since I need to load the OS that I downloaded in SP flash tool, which files do I need to leave ticked before clicking on download?

without battery, tick only preloader.bin
I doubt it'll flash but its worth a shot anyway.
I'm more interested in the device manager angle
