MTN Smart Mini S620 Dead

Hello guys, I really love your work here, please keep it up. I need your help please, in following the instructions earlier this afternoon, I tried to flash it, the message "PMT changed for the ROM, it must be downloaded" I contacted the online support. The guy available helped me and told me to first of all go to the format tab of the SP Flash tool (I am using version 5) I did that and so formatted the phone, it was successful. I then went back to the flash tab, I choose to flash by just "Download Only" I did this because among the ticked files I did not have the file "USRDATA" ticked so I could not choose "Format and Download". The format process now went through successfully. I then disconnected the phone after seeing the green tick with "OK". From that time till now the phone is not responding, please help. I even tried to redo the process now, but the phone does not respond, no mater how many times i remove the battery and replace it, please help URGENT!!!! Thanks in advance

do you hear any sound when you connect the phone to a PC?
where did you get the stock rom you flashed?

Thanks for the reply, no i do not hear any sound neither from the phone, nor from the PC when I connect the usb cable. I downloaded it from Hovatek, the file name is "[Hovatek] Stock backup (MTK) for MTN Smart Mini S620" I downloaded it earlier today before downloading the other requirements and starting.

I decided to put it on charge, while reading posts on Hovatek, I noticed a place where they said that when a phone behaves in such a way, it has to be put on charge. So I decided to leave it on charge the whole night. I hope it is ok!!

Good morning, Urgent help please, the S620 is still unresponsive. I reinstalled the MTK drivers and retried with the SP flash tool 5 but it still does not detect the phone

Sorry i forgot to ask does pc detect it now also send a screenshot of the firmware you used

That is the files in the firmwaee folder

The PC does not detect the phone any longer. It does not react to me connecting the phone. This is a screenshot of the firmware folder that I Used.

Did you uninstall and reinstall drivers? Use usb deview https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-7660.html to uninstall and reinstall driver manually

Yes I did, i just resarted and reinstalled the MTK VCOM drivers. now when i open usb deview, it does not show those drivers that i reinstalled. i only see them in device manager, hope it is ok?
