I did a full backup tecno cc7 minus userdata and cache, but all the resulting backup partitions are in .bin format. how can I change the format to make the backup to make it compatible with sp flashtool i.e. .img. Also note even in the scatter file that was created lists the partition in .bin format.

Hey I have Tecno pop 2 plus mt6580 running on Android 8.1 go edition with unlocked bootloader. The problem I got is when i try to backup ( read) using miracle box as soon as miracle box detect my phone miracle box will crash (close) and my phone starts charging. i installed all the drivers that's needed I need help I don't know what to do ?

if you're using loader versions then ensure you are using miracle thunder 2.82 and using the DA file for this model @ https://forum.hovatek.com/thread-23243.html
also ensure you have properly install vcom preloader driver @ https://forum.hovatek.com/thread-440.html

But I have one problem after backup my frimware I ported TWRP recovery version 3.1.1 using my backup recovery ( stock recovery which I backup it using miracle box) and flashed it to my Tecno pop 2 plus & everything is working fine but when I try to flash gsi rom wihch is supposed to be flashed in to system.img but the only choice I got is 1- boot 2- recovery it doesn't show system
