what exactly do you mean by "it detect on sp flashtool only"

I try to flash with sp flash tool with z4 3g rom it shows is not match that's why I say it detect in sp flashtool. But when is powered on and connected to usb cable on pc it charging only.

Sorry for my bad english, I'm good for Swahili language only.

The only way i know to see phone's build number is through setting but no any icon is responding to open.

This file is not for sp flashtool, maybe if there's any procedure to convert it to be in sp flash file. I think is for updating via factory recovery. But i try to put into sd card is not read and I can't put it into internal storage.

Which recovery is in the phone stock or custom recovery?
