My friend gave me this two versions 3.3.1, 4.5.0,. I downloaded this version 4.9.3 by myself is still same thing

Try the 4.6.5 then

Did the phone ever restart during root?

Yes it will restart and It will even complete the process I will get a message that my phone was successfully rooted. But after I minimise the application the rooting will be cancelled. And if I relaunch the kingroot application the process start from the beginning again.

Try to check from root checker to be sure your device is successfully rooted or not.

The network should be stable. At an instance where it restarts, it means the network is unstable so any success message you get is a fallacy. It shouldn't restart, it should continue till 100%. Make sure your network is stable with an optimal speed and try again bro.

How checked whether the phone is rooted. But it is not rooted
