if not then you can try to initialize the disk.

Its an external hdd and can't be displayed at:devices with external storage,
The internal one are healthy and working(1.5GB)

Whether external or internal; it must be detected as long as you connect it to the PC. It must show under disk management.
Download minitool partition wizard home edition from the internet and use that to see your hard drive. You can as well use it to backup your files.
Try that as well cos I'm getting confused about what you are saying.
