You should not flash the whole ROM, flash only secro.img

Okay, forget about the flashing and let's do this. Dont flash the phone. This will fix that so your phone can read your sim. Is your phone rooted?

1. which option did you select in SP flash tool when flashing the firmware?
2. try writing IMEI using https://forum.hovatek.com/thread-12311.html

do you have root browser installed? if not, then download one from google play and then navigate to /data/nvram/md/nvram/NVD_IMEI and replace the MPOB_001 file over there with the one you download from the link below.. After that, click and hold downl the file to open the option menu. navigate to permissions and make sure all the nine boxes are ticked.

what do you mean witch option I used scatter-loading and chose the scatter file wich i got from the stock rom download

2. i am going to try that method

What phone are you using? Then try to flash only secro and then follow that directory to paste the file
