[Please help] Flashing Spreadtrum failed: uart send error

#1

Good day!

I need help flashing stock firmware using ResearchDownload Tool for SPD phones. I'd like to flash it because the tablet was infected with some kind of virus that install apps and deleting important system files like the stock keyboard, web browser etc. I did some research about the fix and found one in Youtube, I followed what is instructed in the video but still getting the same error. Tried several usb cables and changed baudrate of the port i'm using as well with no success. So, maybe you encountered this kind of issue and was able to resolve it your reply is always welcome.

Regards!
