[Please help] mt6582 phone totally bricked

i have a casper via v3 phone ( it is a turkish brand. it buys phones from wiko and sells in turkey. so my phone equals to wiko rainbow up)
i think i accidentally killed this phone
when i plug it to pc it gives me an error like
unknown usb device (device descriptor request failed)
and there is no connection at device manager like mtk vcom blah blah
just unknown device at universal serial bus

i have stock rom to flash with sp flash tool
i have drivers
i have a cable
i have 2 pc s
i have a f***ed phone
i have screwdriver to dissamble it
i can find cable for test mode

it has non removable battery

chipset mt6582

buttons;
power
vol up
vol down

Anyway,
There are three possibilities :
1. Driver issue
2. USB port / power issue
3. Preloader issue.
Now, we need to eliminate.
Is the phone totally dead or it can boot up?

actually i kept trying the same point deleted and installed drivers changed usb cable and flashed the stock preloader and it solved 10 hrs ago idk what was the problem
and it was completely dead i was flashing a base but i accidentally not checked preloader .s
howeer solved
