Create a thread and attach screenshots of the files your got after backup using miracle box or attach them here

Sir, i didn't backup using miracle box, it's a downloaded firmware from the internet that i want to flash.

I Know but my sp flash tool seems not to be working, after selecting the scatter file And I click download or FirmwaEupgrade then i connect my switched off phone with the battery inserted, the flash tool will just stay like that without doing anything.

I've done that, I've used this same system to flash phones severally but i don't know what's happening now and i didn't Uninstall  any driver, just system update.

Try a different usb cord or port if it still doesn't connect then you should have the usb port on the phone checked

Hi, please why is the Miracle box 2.27A not working on windows 7 but is working on Windows 8,10.
