[Tutorial] How to fix it is impossible to start ADB in MTK droid tools

If you get this error when you launch MTK droid tools then here's how to fix it:

Delete the MTK droid tools folder and setup
Uninstall PdaNet on phone and PC if installed
Re-install MTK drivers using this guide
Download a fresh copy of MTK droid tools
Extract the MTK droid tools folder then run MTK droid tool exe as Admin

This issue has been solved but, the mtkdroid tool still can't detect my gionee m5 mini
