Gud day sir,please i have windows 8 installed on my hp2000,how can i port back to windows 7 without loosing any files?

just follow this guide @ https://www.hovatek.com/blog/how-to-inst...em-cd-dvd/ without using the format option and all your files will be saved to C:\windows.old

There are pictures and also a video @ the tutorial . these should make it much easier to follow. Do you have a Windows 7 CD?

See the video tutorial at the end of the tutorial first. That + the pictures at the guide will make it all very clear and easy to follow
