Help with the Boom J8 firmware on your forum

Hi, i recently saw the firmware you have for tecno boom j8...is it for the boom j8 that has 4G LTE??? Because mine's build number is :J8-H354-C1-L-HIOS-20160405.if i flash it using your firmware will i still be able to have 4G on my phone??

It has camera problems...I took a same pic with another Boom J8, the picture taken by mine is a lil bit dark compared to the other J8...I don't know what's the matter because i had restored to default the camera settings on both smartphones before taking the pictures... Could it be because of the firmware or what?? The other J8 firmware has build number 20160520 and mine 20160405

Its not the firmware it could be..
1. Display between the two phones which is probably hardware related
2. Contrast between screens
3. Brightness
4. and the fact that they are of different variant
5. How long the 2 phones have lasted in terms of when bought

The screen brightness was the same on the two smartphones... And the other smartphone was bought before I bought mine, so i guess mine is still new compared to other one because I've had it for only one month now;even if the build number of mine is older than the build number of the other one

They were bought brand new?
Also lighting can affect the picture brightness
Angle at which the camera was to the object of focus also matters... So i think you should stop worrying bout picture brightness its probably nothing

They were bought brand new from Tecno mobile in Rwanda... But it's obvious that their camera quality are different... Even if you take a same picture from the same angle, same lighting, my tecno's picture is dark, seems it has noise on it.. It's not that clear, you wouldn't even believe that it was taken with a 13MP camera

Hi, today I've noticed something else about my J8...the second sim card suddenly disappeared and the phone was displaying the sim card in the first slot only...i had to reboot the phone in order to make it read the sim card in the second slot... What may be the problem???
