[Please help] BlackBerry Q10 problem

Pls forum... Am using BlackBerry Q10. An since the day I bought it, no application has ever work on it. Exept the app @ the BlackBerry world. My amazon app store is also not working. Ant time I open it, it will just close itself. PLS ANY SOLUTION

So you're saying only apps installed from Blackberry world work right?
