Infinix Zero 16 GB bricked doesn't turn on and show usb device not recognized

i just want to backup my room because i decided to root my phone and before i finally made back up stock boot and recovery image i press read back button from sp flash tool my phone bricked and didn't boot. i downloaded root backup, how can i flash it although when connect phone to usb it show usb device not recognized Sad . thank you

follow this guide @ https://forum.hovatek.com/thread-440.html to uninstall then reinstall MK preloader vcom driver then try again
if your phone goes dead as a result of interrupting SP flash tool flashing / readback then this guide @ https://forum.hovatek.com/thread-808.html will help

i made all of your guides and the phone still not turn on Sad and usb device not recognized

Was the phone working normally before you decided to backup using sp flash tool?

in all the cases we've encountered, charging for several hours solves it (could be as long as 8 hours or more).
You could however try uninstalling vcom drivers and re-installing. Also consider restarting the PC and changing the USB cord.

i uninstalled vcom drivers and re-installed it using usbdeview and nothing happen still show usb device not recognized.
