Where did you get the file you flashed your phone with after formating?
Also Have you tried booting to factory mode and wiping eMMMC?

I did not see that option on the recovery mode,  wipe data, wipe cache,  and advance  that eMMMC mode is not,  what can I do?

The phone is not booting to factory mode.  When I press / hold the power &  volume down ,  it will go off and return to infinix logo while still holding the two buttons

Reflash firmware but untick cache and userdata using download only then factory reset and boot
