HOTWAV VENUS X11 FIRMWARE NEEDED

My able superiors, I'm looking for the OS of the above mentioned smartphone please, all the places i searched for the firmware are requesting for password or someone should call them or email them and that is not fair for common folks like me. Thank you as i await you peoples swift response. Wink

Whats wrong with your phone and how did it start?

I just removed my sim from the phone (hotwav venus x11) without turning the phone off. so, after that, if i power on the phone, it will just stuck at the boot logo (HTC), that's all. So i am looking for the flash file to flash it using flashtool. Thanks

You should consider doing a factory reset in recovery mode instead. 
This doesn't require you to flash the firmware

Thanks, i got the firmware elsewhere and flashed the phone. It worked smoothly.
