What's wrong with the phone and how did it start?

I was charging it, then I went out. When I came back it was stuck on a frozen screen. So I took out the battery to restart it. It never came on. I connected it to sp flash too and it read the phone... But i don't have the flash file to run it.

You can keep charging or boost the battery manually.
Also try booting to recovery and give feedback

Battery charged to full manually. Dose not boot to recovery.

Did it display atall after boosting the battery?
Do you have access to a working phone of same model?

The only  firmware we've found so far is password protected.
1. Does your PC make a sound when you connect the phone and what does it get detected as in device manager
2. Can you get access to a working phone of the same model?
