[Please help] No 3g network available again on my samsung galaxy j5 clone after flashing

i highly doubt this would work as you're copying the files from a different phone model BUT no harm in trying 
* goto "root/etc/firmware"
* also copy the modem db file located there
* backup the same two files in your problematic phone
* check the permission of the two files in your phone (should be 644)
* then replace the files in your phone with the ones you copied earlier
* set the same permission of the newly copied files to the same as the old files
* restart the device and test

it didn't work like u said bro, network gone, no imei displayed. had to restore already backed up data through cwm

The search is over admins, the 3g rom has been found as it was just uploaded yesterday. i have downloaded and flashed and everything is now back to normal. a very big thank u for advice and suggestions. download link is http://www.needrom.com/download/11-galax...-j500h-3g/

it works well when put to gsm/wcdma (auto mode) and gsm only. but when put to wcdma only, network doesn't show at all on both sims

check the firmware you downloaded
is there any file like nvram.bin ?

no bro, then secondly, while trying to install cwm with mtk droid tools, i mistakenly pressed patched boot or something like that. ever since then when i switch off my phone, it doesn't come up immediately until it gets a liitle warm same thing as when charging when it's completely dead, it doesn't come up until like 20 to 30 mins. what could be wrong, and how can i revert the mistake?
