[Please help] help fix invalid imei

#1

Just flashed stock ROM on my Opsson d1, after reboot it doesn't detect sim cards. Shows 'invalid imei' when I dial *#06#. I tried fixing with chamelephon, mobile uncle tools, mtkdroidtools, backed up another phone's imei and restored with mtkdroidtools, copied MPOB from another phone and overwrote mine and all of this didn't work. I saw on another thread that I could create my own MPOB file and downloaded 'imei.zip' file, but when I click to open on my PC it closes right back. I tried using cmd to do this but when I type
'imei.exe 35........980 35......998' and hit enter it shows no such command message. Please any ideas?
