viwa mega firmwware needed urgently

guys i ve a bricked viwa mega phone and i need the firmware.
been searching for the past 4days now.
need ur assistance

do you have access to a working phone (same model) ?
BTW how did the phone get bricked?

What we want to know is how the boot loop began in the first place. We're considering techniques that'll fix the phone since the firmware isn't available

Thankfully I ve managed to get a working model and did a backup using the read back method in one of your articles and flashed successfully but still phone cant boot or anything but spflashtools still detect it..
I tried using the mtk droid tools for backup and gives me preloader and dsp error zero file not enough space on device..

Charge the battery externally for 3 hours then reinsert it and try booting the phone
