Tecno C9 root no longer exists after rooting!

About the root,  I think you used a custom recovery and install supersu.zip, my guess is that you try another version of supersu Like 2.66 and above. Because the binary script are recent and better compared to the common 2.46. It will work using a more recent supersu.zip.  Good luck


I used the SuperSu that i got from the blog, after root failed i downloaded and flashed a more stable SuperSu from  http ://download.chainfire.eu/supersu-stable. But the problem was still the same.

Uninstall the previous supersu, restart your phone to normal screen. Download supersu 2.76.zip, put to phone to custom recovery and install. It's dope.
