you have to options
1. take out the battery as suggested in this fix @ https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-493.html
2. Attempt to flash the stock ROM
which would it be?

lets do a recap
1. is the p9 4.2 or 4.4?
2. do you already have the mtk backup

1. uninstall then install all drivers using https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-440.html
2. install the drivers on another PC then try
3. re-install Windows on your PC then try flashing again (after installing drivers)
