Yes, lets verify that your phone is original.
Also, are you using Kies or Kies3?

I am back. I could not download the cpu z as you asked because my playstore would not open. So I it just occured to me to use miracle box to read the phone info and it read. The information from miracle box shows that the phone is not i8552 but i8262. I then use miracle box  to clear setting/frp and restarted the phone. Instead of displaying the usual samsung logo, it displayed midiatek and standing green droid. next it displayed "andriod" and get stuck there. It can display the andriod for the next 100 years without booting up. I have backed its firmware up and flash with it but same issues.
Phone Info:
Id: ALPS. JB3. MP. P1
MODEL: GT-I8262
BRAND: samsung.

I need help with this.

Try this firmware https://hovatek.com/redirect.php?link=ht...qou3z5mwlw
Flash using spflashtool https://forum.hovatek.com/thread-159.html

There seems to be a problem with the file in the link you posted - https://hovatek.com/redirect.php?link=ht...qou3z5mwlw. It displays "virus in file to be downloaded"

Also, the new look on this site makes it hard to access notifications.

Try to flash the firmware you backed up but this time select format all on miracle box interface... After flash ok boot the phone to recovery and wipe cache and user data... That should work

the link @maty posted seems to work fine here.
BTW did you try doing an emmc wipe in factory mode (vol down + power button) before looking for stock rom?
then if you manage to download one, before flashing ensure to backup the current firmware using miracle box @ https://forum.hovatek.com/thread-13347.html so you'll preserve files like preloader and uboot
