i successfully flashed my infinix hot note Recently and everything was working fine for about a week. I plugged my phone in a few nights ago and to my surprise  the next morning the phone was blank. I have tried every suggestion i have seen on the topic. i tried to flash it but it wasn't recognized by the system. I removed the screws and removed the battery clip and plugged it in before re clipping but it was still dead. I tried the battery clip removal with a computer and was able to flash the Rom again but the device is still not powering on. Any help provided would be greatly appreciated. As i have been without my phone for a few days now

Does it vibrate when you press the power button?

Hmm.
1. Does your PC make a sound when you connect the phone
2. Try flashing the firmware again and let me know if its successful

1. NO it doesn't
2. I have been able to flash the firmware but only by removing the battery clip, plugging it into the system and putting the battery clip back. Sp flash tool completes the flash. but the device still doesnt come on

After flash, plug it in a power source for about 30mins, best guess , ur battery is totally dead. Give it time to show the battery charging icon.

just as @merve said you will need to boost the battery its very possible the battery is drained you can:
1. plug it to charge untill the charging sign shows
2. boost the battery manually

You can boost using a working phone or just keep charging.
My guess is a drained battery
