Blackberry Q5 shows white screen

My Q5 has a battery problem a d when I get a new battery, after it shows blackberry on boot screen, the phone will go blank and won't display anything again. Please help me on what to do.

Were u facing that problem before u bought the new one...? if the old battery is still with u , then try it and let's see the results ....

The phone is working perfectly before the battery problem but I didn't have the old battery

If the screen suddenly fades to white without an error message then the battery is most likely bad.

Thanks so much it has been resolved, it's flashing not battery problem, I've repaired it and now working perfectly
