recently I have brought a mediatek smartphone xolo q1000s plus check it out here:- https://m.snapdeal.com/product/xolo-q100...08151203:s

it has no external support for flashing costom roms and no otg support too what to do for flashing costom roms

Use a TWRP custom recovery instead. or flash zips using adb sideload

how can I flash costom rom without external storage even using twrp recovery. my doubt is before flashing a rom from twrp I have to wipe my device n then flash a rom but after factory reseting my device my new ROM also will wipe naa my doubt is that. I can't flash roms using PC bcoz I didn't have it plzz say me for flashing through twrp recovery

TWRP allows you pick the storage to flash from. In your case, just select Internal.
You don't necessarily have to wipe your phone before flashing a custom ROM. Its only after flashing you 'might' wipe if the phone gets stuck at boot logo.
In your case, you would of course need a copy of the custom ROM on a PC as backup to save you the stress of re-downloading when you wipe
